As per the rules and regulations addressed by the AICTE / UGC for student or other stake
holders in a MBA College, “Grievance Redressal Committee” of Chathamkulam Research &
Advanced Studies, Palakkad, Kerala has been constituted with following Staff in different

In view of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 24295 of 2006 dated
16th May 2007 and in Civil Appeal number 887 of 2009, dated 08th May 2009 the

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell :
Chathamkulam Institution was established on 10/05/2020 and is an indispensable component
of the institution’s structure. The quality assurance of the College endeavors to deliver
Participatory learning model in teaching, which would lead to academic excellence. It aims to
develop quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of
the institution as well as suggest measures to calibrate improvements and initiatives in the
different programs of the college. An effective feedback system has been developed to assist
the feedback process to monitor the quality and effectiveness of the policies and processes of
the institution. Members of the internal quality assurance cell are Vice chairman, Director,
Principal and external members from different areas. How the Internal quality assurance cell
is functioning? 1. Periodical assessment of academic and other areas are conducting. 2.
Monthly management meeting with students and staffs 3. Weekly management meeting with
faculty’s 4. CCTV monitoring of Classes. 5. Seven committee is functioning in college.(1.
Academic committee, 2. Class leading committee, 3. Program committee, 4. Marketing
committee, 5. Placement committee, 6.Admin & housekeeping committee and 7.
Entrepreneurship committee.
